Each pint is churned to order from fruit at its peak. We keep the sugar low and the fruit loud — the kind of sherbet you serve at the end of a long table.

We started in a Bathurst-corridor kitchen with one churn and a stubborn idea: that sherbet could be a luxury without a single shortcut. Ontario fruit in summer, the best imported citrus in winter, Sicilian pistachios, real silan. Nothing from a powder. Nothing you can't pronounce.
Every batch is made under full COR supervision, with a dedicated pareve line so it can finish any meal — meat or milk.
Cold-Chain Delivery
Insulated, same-day cold delivery to the neighbourhoods we know best — and the rest of the GTA by next morning. Order by 2pm for Friday delivery before Shabbat.
Friday Cut-off
Order before two and we deliver cold, before candle-lighting. Shabbat-friendly: no contact, no signature, left exactly where you ask.
